We employ 6Sigma’s DMAIC and DMADV methodologies in improving/re-engineering client business processes. Using these methodologies, we are able to clearly define client problem space, measure their current baseline capabilities usually by co-creating process performance metrics, analyze data collected having measured their ‘As-is’ business processes, make recommendations and work collaboratively with clients on ways to improve and move the direction of the ‘To-be’ business process and control the newly improved state for a sustained growth. All of these activities are carried out with a view to helping client harness ways of positioning for competitive advantage.
